Dear Tracey, 
Thanks for your letter. Sorry, I haven't written you before, because I was very busy at school. 
My house is on the ocean coast in Los Angeles. I live in apartments in Los Angeles.
And where there is your apartment? The apartment it is far from the sea or the ocean?
My neighbors are my friends. We often visit to each other to drink tea and chat. I love the excitement of big cities. Small towns have a slow pace. Large cities mean you have to
adapt to a variety of situations, like finding a new route to work or trying a new restaurant. I enjoy that challenge very much.

Nowadays some people think that surveillance cameras should be put in public areas, like schools, stores, libraries, airports, some individuals feel more secure with the cameras, while other people feel nervous about the idea of someone watching them every time they are out in public.  To begin with, CCTV cameras  provide public safety. Cameras keep you and your personal property safe. The police can prevent crimes from happening and can quickly solve criminal cases. Cameras protect  against theft and vandalism. On the other hand, s ome people may say that we should not have surveillance cameras in public places. T hey said that they invade privacy. When you are walking down the street, driving in your car,  you will be monitored with cameras placed in public.  To my mind, I guess that we should have surveillance cameras in public places because they ensure public safety.  To sum up, in a modern time CCTV cameras can be really helpful. We live in a constant threat of attack.

  A lot of thing in the world still a mystery. People make discoveries, develop, and develop the world. But people still doesn't know everything about space, aliens and life on other planets.
