The Pros and Cons of living in a block of flats. For-and-Against essay.

Some people prefer living in an apartment while others would much rather have a house.       The truth is both options have their pros and cons and it’s a matter of personal preferences and lifestyle. A big half of people in big cities live in a block of flats.

Undoubtedly, to living in a block of flats has several clear advantages.
When you’re living in a block of flats you only have to worry about your personal space and nothing more. The maintenance department takes care of everything.
Moreover, it's idyllic way for living alone. For those who plan on living alone: the smaller space and simplicity
In addition, apartment living usually costs you less in terms of things such as heating, cooling, etc.

On the other hand, Smaller living space – the first and foremost disadvantage of living in a block of flats is that they’re generally smaller than the average house.
Also, There’s not a lot of privacy in an apartment. Since you share the walls with your neighbors, you have to be careful and not disturb them. For example, You might overhear someone speaking  in the flat next to yours, or they might hear you.

In conclusion, so while apartment living is perfectly suited to some, there are some notable disadvantages you might want to take into consideration before you choose an apartment over a house. To my mind, It is good to live in the flat, but in the house it is better. But each person has the right to choose what is pleasant to him
