Nowadays in the world so many people think about health, both physical and mental.There are jobs, related to healthcare&fitness: psychologist, hypnotist, personal trainer, nutritionist, art therapist, beautician, pharmacist. One of the most unusual sphere is a Alternative therapies: hypnotherapy, arthritis, meditation, reflexology, acupuncture. 

By the way, what do you know about modern therapies? When you go for a pedicure,there's usually just one pedicurist,but imagine having your toes worked on by 150 fish!The treatment involves you plunging your feet into a tank full of toothless "doctor fish" so that they can nibble your deasd skin away! In fact,it really tickled.

Moreover, do you know how to look after your mental health?  Everyday students have stressful situations at school. 78% of the teenagers interviewed said that school was the main source of stress.
One of the best ways to minimise stress is  by doing moderate exercise. Experts agree that cardiovascular  or aerobic exercise helps most  in stress relief.

Furthemore, One way to relax is yoga in the hammocks. New way of yoga - aerial yoga,yoga in a long silk hammock suspended from the ceiling. Your perform various poses sitting,lying or even spinning upside down in the hammock. it's supposed to tone your muscles and straighten your shoulders.


All in all, health and a healthy feeling are a matter of the mind and the soul working along with the body.
